We have recently had reports of emails we have been sending from our domain management system have not been getting through to some people using hotmail.com / outlook.com email addresses.

Some internal testing found this to be true, even adding our address to the ‘safe senders’ list did not fix the problem.

we have now put in place a workaround to allow email to send to people using hotmail.com and outlook.com email addresses.
